Statement of Solidarity and Access to Mental Health Services

In times of challenge and change, we can look to each other. No matter our race, religion, gender, or national origin, we all have one thing in common. We are human. As such, we have more similarities than differences.

At Corporate Family Counseling, we are here to listen, and help you process whatever you might be thinking, feeling, and doing, due to recent global and national pandemic events and racial injustice. It is our hope, prayer, and plan that together we will heal and be united in our resilience and in thriving through all life trials.

Violence and racial injustice only serve to further traumatize our families, our friends, and our communities. The harm that is caused by maltreatment, trauma, fear, stress, and loss is cumulative and effects all of us.

In the words of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. “Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.” We can all continue conversations about racism and what this looks like with each other and with our children. We can all choose to obey laws. We can all pray for our community and do random acts of kindness for others. We can vote. We get what we give, and we can inspire others to do the same.

As a leader in the provision of mental health Counseling, Coaching and Career Strategy, Corporate & Family Counseling, PLLC will continue every effort to break down barriers such as mental health stigma, cost, and to access quality services. We will continue to provide the same level of experience and expertise to all who call for our services. We will continue to lead by example and practice what we prescribe.

Please know we take the health and safety of our client families and team members very seriously and hope that you will too! We are working hard to minimize disruption for our clients and carry on safely providing you with medical services as usual. Thank you for your help, and for your confidence in our specialty work!
